Shrinking Violet Returns Policy

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or require an alternative size, you can return the goods within 7 days of the actual receipt providing that:

• The goods are unused/unworn (except for initial fitting) and in saleable condition.
• The goods are in the original box/packaging and the box is protected with durable plastic wrapping.

All shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where a shipping error has been made by Shrinking Violet.
